I'm Hanna Hohol, a realtor in Calgary.
I've been working in real estate for almost two years and have successfully closed over 55 deals in that time. To me, real estate isn't just about properties and paperwork. First and foremost, it's about people — their goals, their finances, and the major life decisions they're making.
I guide clients through every stage of buying or selling — from the first consultation and property search to negotiations, inspection, document review, condition removal, and getting the keys.
My goal is to make the process as clear and stress-free as possible. I'm always reachable, I explain each next step in detail, and I protect my clients' interests at the negotiating table.

I'm not afraid of tough negotiations, and I always work to secure the best possible terms for my client.
